Clint likes to get gussied up, even for absolutely no reason at all. I was curled up on the sofa watching America's Next Top Model or something and he disappeared for about 20 minutes. Then he came back downstairs dressed like this. No reason at all other than to be a Dapper Dan. Who says only kids get to play dress up?
The hat is a fun dress up/costume hat. It cracks me up that people left Amazon reviews saying "whah! This isn't as good as these $100 hats" Well, duh. This is for fun. Role playing, parties, etc. Not the opera. This is for silly hubbands that like to play :-)
Now these are actually really fancy. They're ridiculously high quality. I can't believe how inexpensive they are. The packaging is really elegant and they're heavy and sturdy. The Mister was recently complaining about needing some of these because he's 6'4 and most ties run short on him. These keep his tie in place without having to buy specially made tall guy ties.
