I am CRAZY happy with these wraps! They take a lot of time, this is for spa day, not 15 minutes before you leave the house. The results are totally worth it though! You MUST follow the directions to a T- for example you need the water cray cray hot and you want to KEEP it hot- I wrapped some super sexy plastic wrap over it. Sit back, pop in an episode of Project Runway and wait a hour. Afterwards the skin is tighter and firmer and you will have pulled out goodness knows how much water retention from your waist. The first time I tried this I was able to subsequently wear a pair of pants comfortably that i'd had a VERY hard time zipping up before. This would be a great thing to do before a special occasion!
