This is also fantastic for making croquettes! The burgers cooked perfectly and evenly and for once didn't fall apart! Kudos! We were both skeptical at first as to how useful this would actually be or if it was just going to gather dust, but I can't see myself EVER making burgers without it again. Every product I've tried of theirs has been absolutely AWESOME. Great company, great products, great customer service.
