Earth Well Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplements Giving Me Arthritis Relief

I have been taking fish oil (almost) daily for as long as I can remember because I love how it makes me feel. When I incorporated it into my regimen, my arthritis became so much less aggressive. I went from taking daily arthritis prescription meds to only needing them only every now and then. Anyone with arthritis can tell you that it often comes and goes based on whim or weather, but I went from 2 pills a day, every day, to only needing them maybe a few times a month. Nothing is a miracle worker, but Omega 3's are pretty close for me. There are tons of other benefits, but for me that's the main one though the benefits to my skin are pretty rad too.

A fantastic study published  by the Center for Experimental Therapeutics and Reperfusion Injury at Harvard Medical School, Boston stated that "In a healthy immune system, the normal inflammatory process repairs damage and protects the body from infections. But in arthritis and inflammatory diseases, an overactive immune response leads to tissue degradation. Serhan’s research showed that the same pathway that signals the start of inflammation also includes an off switch. Omega-3s convert into these more powerful compounds, putting the brakes on this active process and causing it to screech to a halt."

The normal downside to fish oil? Sweet LORD, that smell. There is possibly nothing more horrifyingly embarrassing than fish burps. It doesn't matter how good you are at hiding a burp; those things leave a visible stink trail. It's like something out of a Pepe Le Pew cartoon. Not with these. These smell so much like a pure lemon scent that I actually like to stick my nose in the bottle to smell them. I am not joking! Not only are there no fish burps, but there's no burps in general. Why does fish oil usually make me burp, anyway? Nevertheless, this hasn't been an issue, I'm happy to report! I took what remained of my previous bottle and have been mixing them into my dog's food, I'm sticking with these. Don't accuse me of animal cruelty, she loves stuff that stinks; to her she's getting an awesome treat. Her farts are so gross that no one notices a difference anyway :-)

So another bonus is that they use rosemary as a natural preservative, avoiding chemicals found in a lot of supplements.

So yeah, I'm recommending it after all that rambling!

I received these to review but nevertheless, these are my own opinions.
