I have been taking fish oil (almost) daily for as long as I can remember because I love how it makes me feel. When I incorporated it into my regimen, my arthritis became so much less aggressive. I went from taking daily arthritis prescription meds to only needing them only every now and then. I took what remained of my previous bottle and have been mixing them into my dog's food, I'm sticking with these. Don't accuse me of animal cruelty, she loves stuff that stinks; to her she's getting an awesome treat. Her farts are so gross that no one notices a difference anyway :-)
