DId you know you can test your ph at home? WACKY!

The goal of an alkaline diet is not to raise the pH of the blood. The goal of the alkaline diet is to prevent the body from having to regulate its pH balance. Consuming an alkaline diet, we allow our bodies the function properly without out having extra work trying to balance out our cellular environment to keep us alive.

Symptoms of an acidic pH: Early Stage:
Lack of energy, fatigue
Chest and head mucus, joint pain, cold hands and feet
Decreased *** drive, heartburn
Intermediate Stage:
Hives, swelling of ankles, impotence, cold sores
Migraine headaches, endometriosis, depression
Eczema, psoriasis
Severe Acidic Stage:
Cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, Chron’s disease
Multiple sclerosis, SLE

Symptoms of Alkalosis pH: Early Stage:
Nausea, numbness, muscle spasms
Muscle twitching
Intermediate Stage:
Difficulty Breathing, light headedness
Severe Alkalosis Stage:
Confusion, Stupor
Coma
