Did Adeline Organic Eye Serum work for me?

Definitely. There's an instant tightness around the eyes, making fine lines immediately less noticeable. The orbital area is plumped making eyes appear brighter and less tired. It's very soothing and especially in the morning, it's (excuse the pun) a real eye opener. I used this in conjunction with their hyaluronic acid serum and matrixyl moisturizer and was very pleased with the results. My face in general looked fresher and younger without makeup and I looked healthier and more awake. I also am a big fan of the pump dispenser. Not only is it just plain old classy packaging that looks plush on your counter, but the clear pump lets you see how much product you have left. Because it's an airless pump, you don't have to worry about bacteria or other contaminants entering the serum. 

How to use Adeline Eye Serum

A little dab'll do ya! You really only need about half of a pump worth to do both eyes, it's a somewhat liquidy formula that absorbs easily. Just be sure to PAT not RUB, you'll get your best results using your ring or middle finger. The skin around your eyes is crazy fragile so rubbing will simply undo the benefits of what you're applying ;-)

Sponge Mattia Firming Eye Gel - OUCH!

You know what this stuff does? It firms and brightens! You know what else it does? It burns and makes you scream! Okay, seriously- this a really pricey brand so I was reluctant to not keep giving it a shot, but finally I had to chuck it. The pain just wasn't worth the results. The first time I put it on, at first I was very happy. There was an instant cooling sensation that was really soothing and I could feel the skin tightening. Within about a minute however, the cooling turned into an intensely painful burning sensation that literally made my eyes tear up. I thought maybe my skin just needed time to adjust to using a new eye product, but after a week of the same results, I finally gave up. Maybe it works great for others, but if you have sensitive skin, I recommend giving this a wide berth.

Lift Lab Lift & Firm Eye Cream

This stuff is simply fantabulous! It really does a lovely job on dark circles, puffy undereye areas, bags and wrinkles. The results are not as noticeable at first, you really need to use it for at least thirty days to see results, but when you do, you really do! I had a co-worker that commented that my lupus must not be as bad lately because I've been looking so well rested and refreshed, which is pretty funny since I've been having awful flares for the past few weeks. the bags under my eyes are gone and my eye area is noticeably more refreshed. While the cream is pricey, it's also quite concentrated- a lil dab'll do ya. It also is very creamy and absorbent, there's no tugging when you apply it but it absorbs quickly and causes no problems with applying eye makeup.
