I would advise you to drink a lot of water while you are taking these products though. I found myself getting dehydrated pretty easily, but I drank extra water and was fine after that.

I love the flavor of this tea so to have so many health benefits to it is a definite boon. This gives your body a gentle natural cleansing that isn't like a laxative or anything, it seems to just flush all the toxins out of your system. This is excellent for making you feel better after a night of adult beverages and it helps your body to restore it's balance naturally. I gave this to my hunny when he was having a few days straight of stomach pain and it soothed his system almost immediately. He was so impressed by how it made him feel that he now drinks it regularly. (I do too, but I think he's addicted to the stuff!)
