I'm VERY impressed with this cushion. It inflates very quickly, especially if you use the (enclosed!) hand pump. Deflated, it's teeny and fits into a little bag (also enclosed!) that's easy to slip into your purse or carryall. It's just what you need if you experience lower back pain and sit at a desk all day. While this isn't a use that they talk about, as I type this, I've got it against my back because it puts dual pressure at the base of my spine and under both of my shoulderblades.
