Slowly melt all ingredients, except essential oils, down in a double boiler or sturdy glass bowl over a small pan of boiling water. (TIP: I found an old double boiler at a thrift store that I use for skin products only).
Let cool for several hours or overnight. I put mine in the fridge to speed the cooling process.
Note: This recipe makes enough for one 4-ounce lotion bar tube. For a firmer lotion bar stick, use more beeswax. For a smoother lotion bar stick, use less beeswax and more coconut oil or olive oil.

From past reviews I've noticed a lot of the natural/organic subscription services love giving out lip balm. But I guess I don't mind, I always love trying new lip products. The lip butter is formulated with shea butter, coconut oil, and sunflower oil and organic beeswax. The smell and flavor greatly reminds me of Thin Mints. Which means I really like it. A familiar brand. I've gotten to try out a few Pangea products in my Birchboxes over the months. These lotion pellets are solid bar style lotion that melt in your hand while you use them. They are meant to take out the mess of liquid lotion and were developed by a mom and daughter duo. I have to say I don't see how liquid lotion is messy? This lotion pellet just needs to be warmed up in your hand for a few seconds and then they are ready to use. It reminds me more of a solid salve than lotion. I couldn't see using this on my legs, but more so on dry feet or cuts. One pellet probably would last a week. I've always liked the concept of solid lotions more than the actual execution. They're fine for small areas but really don't float my boat for allover use. These are basically shea butter which I prefer either whipped or as an ingredient.

All I can say is yowzah! This cream is rich, thick and creamy but NOT greasy! What I say:
Non greasy with a fantastic, pillowy texture. It absorbs immediately and is water light while still leaving your skin deeply hydrated. Within a few uses, your skin is incredibly soft and plump. It has a lovely but light scent. It doesn't have that heavy, greasy feeling that so many moisturizers with SPF have. The antioxidants work to repair daily damage and smooth and brighten the skin. I was asked for some recommendations recently and honestly, this one is near and dear. Because I work in a library, I wash my hands CONSTANTLY. If you realized how disgusting other people's hands are you would too. I also have a chipmunk bladder, so I'm in the ladies room like, every hour- more hand washing.
