I absolutely love this infuser bottle! I had one (that cost twice as much as this one) that the infuser tube went in from the top and as soon as I drank a certain amount of water it was no longer getting any of the fruit flavor. Having the tube at the bottom allows me to get the full flavor down to the very last drop. I try to drink a lot of water, but it does get boring and flavored waters and water additives tend to have aspartame or other artificial sweeteners that just taste DISGUSTING to me. I can't even handle stevia, it makes me wanna gag. With this I get actual fruit flavor. I like to muddle the fruit first to release the juices and after i drink my water, I have a moist fruity snack to boot! I like the cap since I can hook it onto my belt loop or backpack with a caribiner for hands free use on the go.

and now with the tumors on my spine, I am in constant agony. I'm trying to avoid becoming completely addicted to pain pills so I've really upped my stretches and yoga. My back and shoulders are in constant pain so that's been my most worked on/focused on areas. These bands have been a lifesaver. They facilitate my stretches and make it SO much more effective! Sounds weird, but I like to lie on the stairs with a step pushing into my back with my arms over my head and giving them resistance stretches using these. They super duper help, yo! Different resistances help with different levels of pain and TRUST ME, these are making a difference. As I type this, I'm in less pain than I was than when I first started using these.
I've also been trying to make my arms and shoulders stronger to make getting around in a wheelchair easier and these are really helping.
